Assam • TGFOP • THOWRA

This tea grows in one of the most famous tea gardens of this region. This strong and malty dream of a second flush Assam,  enjoyed with cream and rock sugar, is ideal for cosy evenings by the fireplace. This tea has a typically large Assamica leaf that is well-processed with lots of golden tips. A spicily malty scent unfolds from the deeply copper-coloured cup.

Sencha • Golden Starfruit (Starfruit/Mango/Papaya)

The carambole is no stranger anymore in our hemisphere: the decorative stars form part of many cocktail decorations. We have combined our "star" with two other exotic fruits: the all-time classic mango and fresh papaya. Together, they perfectly complement the green tea base. The radiant "stars" and flakes in combination with golden fruit cubes and orange peel dominate the visual aspect of this blend.

Darjeeling • Leaf Blend

This quality is already blended in the country of origin from high quality garden teas. We selected teas from the medium and late first flush season, which are shipped directly to us. A medium-large, almost black leaf and a light brass colour of the infusion characterise this blend. The taste of this first flush blend leaves a fresh, slightly spicy impression with a little "body", which is also reflected in the scent. Always a treat!

A few weeks after summer monsoon and shortly before the onset of the winter season, the sun allows the tea to become fully aromatic, yet mild. In the annual search for top autumnal varieties, we would like to recommend this marvellous autumnal plucking: the leaf is medium-sized, regular, almost multicoloured with rougher brown and green parts. The infusion is a dark amber colour typical for teas of this time of year. The tea is aromatic and mild with a spicy taste and scent.

Sencha • Orchid Berry (Strawberry/Rhubarb)

Ripe, red, juicy fruits are bustling around in the richly green bed of our premium blend. Freshly picked from a bush, served with a scoop of ice cream or enjoyed as a freshly brewed infusion, these berries continue casting their spell over us. The special something is added by the green orchid tea, which was ennobled by extracts of the orchids, and is completed by a dash of rhubarb.

Strawberry/Mint

The first sunrays are softly tickling on the tiny nose of the sweet strawberry. Dreamily, it rubs its eyes and squints amazed at the big wide world. There is so much to discover! Full of curiosity it starts its journey and makes many new friends: juicy apple pieces, vivacious rose hip peel, funny mallow blossoms, and many more. But, even with all these companions, the strawberry feels very lonely. On a warm summer night a soft wind playfully teases its tiny nose and carries the fresh scent of mint right into its heart. It takes in deep breaths and feels blissfully happy.

China • Yunnan • FOP

Our tea comes from the mountains south of Yunnan, whose mostly rainy and foggy climate supports the growth of very aromatic and fine teas, which differ clearly from the qualities coming from other parts of China. They are considered stronger and have more "body". The Assamica leaves are more voluminous, but, at the same time softer and tender in their flesh. Only the youngest leaves plucked and processed according to tradition, but using the latest technologies. The ideal conditions provide the basis for this tender, very aromatic taste, which combines the earthy characters of Yunnan and green tea.

Moroccan NANA-Mint (cut)

There is hardly another product that has so many different names. Its original and real name is crisped mint. The name spearmint derives probably from its specific mint taste, with no menthol nuances. Moroccoan NANA-Mint is a traditional drink for the population of this African country and can be drunk at any time of the year. Both hot and cold, the infusion is a real thirst-quencher with no fruity notes but with a delicious and vitalizing spearmint taste. A further classic fromm Morocco is the combination of green tee, particularly Gunpoweder, and NANA-Mint (Green Menthos). Hence, this delicious herb receives a large portion of the vitalising theanine.
